1. Introduction

Brainsight Technology Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "BrainSightAI" or "we" or “Company”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of data collected from its website (www.brainsightai.com), customer data, organizational data, visitor data, and other relevant third-party data.  It has been drafted in accordance and compliance with  (i) the Indian Contract Act, 1872, (ii) the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed there under, and including (iii) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”). , and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We strive to uphold legal principles, respect individuals' rights concerning their data, and minimize data collection to the extent necessary for legitimate business purposes. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and handling of data through our Site. We also commit to adhering to global data protection standards and implementing the ISO 27001 framework for IT security, with privacy extensions defined in ISO 27701.​

This Privacy Policy governs your access to the  BrainsightAI our Site and explains what data we collect when you use our Site, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights and choices. This policy applies to personal data and other information collected by us from or about: (i) visitors to, or users of, our Site, (ii) prospective clients, (iii) current clients, and (iv) job applicants.

When you fill in your details in the “get in touch” form on our Site , you may be asked to provide Personal Data including, but not limited to, your name, phone number, email address or business address.  We do not collect any health-related or sensitive personal data via the website. You always have the option to not provide certain information by choosing not to use a particular feature of the Site. 

 

3.2. Events

We may also collect data from you,  including but not limited to, when you attend our events, during phone calls with sales representatives, or when you contact customer support.  This data may include your name, contact details, and information about your interactions or inquiries.

3.3. Employment Applications​

When you apply for employment through our Site, when someone applies for a job role, they voluntarily provide personal information such as their email, mobile number, and resume. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing their job application and, if necessary, may be verified through a background check.

We may also receive Personal Data (such as your email address) through other interactions on our website, such as when a third party refers our website to you, or through data-sharing agreements. We may supplement the information we collect from  Site visitors with additional information obtained from publicly available and third-party databases. Based on applicable law, our sales representatives may also use your phone number to contact you directly by phone, in connection with such new products, upcoming events, or other promotions.

We use data relating to your use of and interaction with our Site, including information that we receive through cookies and similar technologies, for certain legitimate business interests or to fulfill our contract with you, which includes the following:

4.3.1.  To provide, administer, and support our Site ;

Data protection measures are implemented according to ISO 27001/27701 standards for IT security, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the revised policy on our website and updating the date at the bottom of this page. Additionally, users covered by GDPR will be notified of material changes that affect their rights or data processing activities.
